bankstatementconvert.net is run by Bank Statement Convert ("we"). Contact us at support@bankstatementconvert.net.

The service

Bank Statement Convert turns bank statements into spreadsheet and accounting files. Upload only statements you are entitled to use: your own, or a client's with their permission.

Check your results

We check every conversion against the balances printed on the statement and show you the result, but you are responsible for checking the figures before relying on them. Suggested tax categories are a starting point, not tax advice. Ask an accountant or check HMRC guidance if you are unsure.

Payments

• Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
• Card payments are taken by Stripe and show on your statement as WEBSITESERVICES.
• Pay-once statement packs can be used for the period shown at purchase, then expire.
• The monthly plan renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; it stays active until the end of the paid month. Unused statements do not roll over.
• If a statement does not convert properly, email support@bankstatementconvert.net within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Fair use

We limit how many statements can be converted in a day to keep the service fast for everyone. Automated or bulk use needs our agreement first.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on a conversion without checking it, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
